Skip is a seasoned corporate development, strategy and venture investment executive. Throughout his career, Skip has been focused on developing growth platform software and Internet businesses.

While strategy development and transaction execution are core strengths, he has also served in a broad span of operating and investment management roles including CEO and board member. He has led or supported over 20 investment and M&A transactions with a combined enterprise value in excess of $2 billion.

Previously, Skip was a venture and private equity investor for 12 years with both Castile and Rho Ventures. At Castile, Skip focused on early-stage software and Internet companies. His investments included ByAllAccounts (acquired by Morningstar) and Health Guru (acquired by Propel Media). He also supported Castile's investment in Optiant (acquired by Logility).

Outside of work, Skip is an outdoors enthusiast. He is also passionate about education and a trustee of KIPP Massachusetts, a leading charter school network.
